Actual Customer Feedback

I use Zeno whenever I feel the occasional pimple coming on. As long as you catch it in the first couple of days, Zeno works perfectly. It leaves a red mark for 30 minutes or so, but one or two zaps the night before and the next morning is more than enough to stop the pimple from forming. It gets hot, but I don’t find it painful at all B Injasoulian (portion from Amazon.com)

When I started using Zeno it worked great. After the first time I charged it something happened and the alarm signal did not go off in time. I was burned very badly on my face. It blistered and is scarred. I would definitely be careful. (A Mateo De Acosta, Jupiter USA, portion from Amazon.com)

Conclusion

This product is definitely novel but from customer feedback it seems it may cause redness and pimples may reappear. As the product is quite expensive we believe there are more effective, cost efficient products available.
